Background solar wind catalog


A catalog for the background solar wind will be here when its ready.

This catalog will contain solar wind maps for a given Carrington rotation. Below is an example of our implementation of the Wang-Sheeley-Arge (WSA) model. It shows the connection of magnetic field lines from the source of the solar wind to the sub-Earth point, given by the white '+' signs, and the associated solar wind bulk speed.
